We at Sense-Able Ltd. (collectively and individually ““Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respect your privacy, and therefore we undertake to do our best efforts to protect it. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our policy regarding our users' data, how we collect and process any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Information”) and how we use it, whether collected and processed through the website operated by the Company (the “Website”) during the use of the Website, or through our platform as part of our services provided to our users (“Services”). 
This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) governs your use at our Website and applies to all of the Services, features and functionality offered by the Company. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this Policy, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

5.    Information From Our Proprietary Technology
Our Platform collects, through our proprietary AI-machine learning algorithm, a variety of information and data, including features of Personal Information, for purposes of creating our database of attributed data as requested by our users and for providing the Services (“Attributed Data”). The Attributed Data we collect, help us to compile, organize, and verify our database to enhance your navigation in our Services, improve our Services' performance, perform analytics and customize your experience, through the following methods:
(1) Publicly available crowd-sourced data, scanned from publicly accessible sources, both online (such as public domain, third party websites) and offline (such as business, corporate and personal directories), algorithmically through our Platform; or
(2) Through licensing agreements directly with data brokers, pursuant to their privacy policies and terms and conditions, subject to license terms.
6.    Purposes of the Processing and Using of Personal Information 
Before or at the time of collecting Personal Information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected. We will collect and use of Personal Information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We use the Personal Information we collect, store and process, in order to:
(a)    Provide our users with the Services, including the Attributed Data;
(b)    Communicate with you with respect to the Services an your queries;

If the Personal Information is no longer required, we will delete it regularly, unless its further temporary storage is still necessary to meet our legal obligations (e.g. in relation to claims) or to deal with complaints, queries and to protect our legal rights in the event of a claim being made.
We will also consider if and how we can minimize over time the Personal Information that we use, and if we can anonymize your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you or identify you, in which case we may use that information without further notice to you.

We do not sell or disseminate Personal Information to third parties without your consent, other than as provided in this Privacy Policy.
In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described above, we may also share your Personal Information in the following cases:

Company Personnel    Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to or accessed by our personnel for the sole purpose of enabling the operation of the Website and to contact you. Please note that all of our personnel that will have access to your Personal Information have an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.
Service Providers    We share Personal Information with vendors, commercial software providers, consultants and data processors who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, companies that provide analysis, messaging services and services which host the Sites. Please note that we collect, hold and manage your Personal Information through third parties' cloud-based services, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in countries outside of the your jurisdiction.

Note that we may share Attributed Data containing Personal Information with our users based and business partners based on contractual obligations.
We also share Personal Information with service providers and third parties for our operational purposes and the below described business purposes, including service providers who provide crucial functions such as: web hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure, customer service, email delivery, security and similar services. 
9.    Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register to the Website or the Services of the Company. If you are under 18, please do not use the Website. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to provide any Personal Information to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

12.    International Transfers of Personal Information
The server on which the Services are currently hosted in the U.S and Israel. Note that the Services may be accessed outside the country from which you access them and may be outside your country of residence.  
Therefore, you hereby grant your consent to the processing your Personal Information outside of your current jurisdiction, and your acknowledge that such transfer is carried out in compliance with local privacy laws in relation to the collection, use, and saving of Personal Information. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time.
