We are innovators driven by technology, AKA changemakers
The SenseIT team came together around a shared mission to enable an inclusive digital world. Members of our team were manual testers and accessibility consultants for enterprise companies. We experienced a common trend with our clients: accessibility was almost always an afterthought. Assessing and fixing web apps for accessibility post-production was tedious, time consuming, and expensive for our clients.
SenseIT is revolutionizing digital accessibility assessments by introducing an automated platform that performs usability tests directly on your user interface.
If you're passionate about accessibility or you're interested in joining the conversation, drop us a line.
SenseIT was founded by accessibility professionals and software engineers with a mutual goal: to make accessibility accessible for the development cycle.

Nadav Bernstein
Co-Founder and CPO
“Equal opportunity for all,” is not just something Nadav Bernstein says, it is what he does.
Social entrepreneurship was Nadav’s calling before it was fashionable. The epiphany to combine volunteering and work to better society came when at age 19 he volunteered and researched the needs of society and how different groups deal with their circumstances. This likely led him to pursue degrees in Psychology and Organizational Psychology and to utilize his skills and passion as a Solutions Developer and Executer at architectural, consulting, and subcontracting firms focusing on making spaces and services accessible. The firms assisted private and public companies including the Israel office on Sprots Culture and an international hotel/hospitality chain. Nadav manually tested and made websites accessible for clients at the international ad agency, McCann Erickson. Standardizing corporate accessibility solutions segued into accessibility in the digital space and now automating the testing and integration processes at SenseIT.
In his spare time Nadav has taken up running. Inclusivity, like running, is a long, hard, but satisfying, journey.
Gilia Sacharow
Content Writer
Music, cooking, knitting, fabric crafting, coding and language are all based in the creative application of patterns and amongst Gilia Sacharow’s interests and talents. Her professional field of choice is language, wherein the logic behind the semantics and the patterns behind the syntax allow for endless creative applications. Gilia has degrees in English Language and Literature/Letters and in Linguistics. With B2B writing experience, having raised a seeing eye-dog for the blind, and just completing for ‘fun’ a coding course, Gilia is well suited to be a Web Content Writer at SenseIT and we welcome her to the digital accessibility tech sector.
Ben Mogerman
Frontend Software Engineer
Music, jujitsu, and coding all intrigue Ben Mogerman. While they sound like diverse interests, he feels they all allow him to find creative solutions to assorted problems whether artistic or technical. Ben is a semi-professional musician who has been playing string instruments since grade 5 and was a participant in All-State band competitions growing up in St. Louis, Missouri. Ben’s other diverse interests and experiences include a degree in psychology with a concentration in post-traumatic disorder, service as a paratrooper in the Israeli army, writing about tech and finance, sailing and surfing, and working at a leading digital therapeutics company. They are all being utilized in his position as Frontend Software Engineer to ensure inclusivity through SenseIT.
Shai Ben Shoushan
Software Engineer
Passionate gamer and self-taught musician, Shai Ben Shouson is grateful to be able to combine his interests and talents as a Full Stack Developer at SenseIT. Recognizing patterns, problem-solving, strategizing, overcoming obstacles, and bringing people together are all necessary for a coder. Growing up as a self-described “computer geek” and being the go-to person to fix computers, Shai enjoys that he is continuously challenged at SenseIT and gets to “win” time and time again. We are glad to have this superhero on our team.
